Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-405","heading":"Balloon payments","body":"With respect to a consumer credit sale, other than one pursuant\n\nto a revolving charge account, if any scheduled payment is more than\n\ntwice as large as the average of earlier scheduled payments, the\n\nbuyer has the right to refinance the amount of that payment at the\n\ntime it is due without penalty. The terms of the refinancing shall\n\nbe no less favorable to the buyer than the terms of the original\n\nsale.
