Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-412","heading":"Notice of assignment","body":"The buyer or lessee is authorized to pay the original seller or\n\nlessor until the buyer or lessee receives notification of assignment\n\nof the rights to payment pursuant to a consumer credit sale or\n\nconsumer lease and that payment is to be made to the assignee. A\n\nnotification which does not reasonably identify the rights assigned\n\nis ineffective.
