Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-503","heading":"Form of agreement or offer - Statement of buyer's","body":"rights.\n\n(1) In a home solicitation sale, unless the buyer requests the\n\nseller to provide goods or services without delay in an emergency,\n\nthe seller must present to the buyer and obtain his signature to a\n\nwritten agreement or offer to purchase which designates as the date\n\nof the transaction the date on which the buyer actually signs and\n\ncontains a statement of the buyer's rights which complies with\n\nsubsection (2).\n\n(2) The statement must\n\n(a) appear under the conspicuous caption \"BUYER'S RIGHT TO\n\nCANCEL\"; and\n\n(b) read as follows: \"If this agreement was solicited at\n\nyour residence and you do not want the goods or\n\nservices, you may cancel this agreement by mailing a\n\nnotice to the seller. The notice must say that you do\n\nnot want the goods or sevices and must be mailed\n\nbefore midnight of the third business day after you\n\nsign this agreement.
