Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-202.1","heading":"Return of dishonored check, negotiable order of","body":"withdrawal or share draft - Fee.\n\nThe lender of a consumer loan may charge and collect from the\n\ndebtor a fee for each return by a bank or other depository\n\ninstitution of a dishonored check, negotiable order of withdrawal or\n\nshare draft issued by the debtor in connection with the consumer\n\nloan. The amount of the fee shall be limited to the amount which\n\nthe Oklahoma Tax Commission, Service Oklahoma, or a licensed\n\noperator may charge and collect pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 1121 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
