Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-203.2","heading":"Revolving loan credit card accounts - Additional","body":"charges.\n\nWith respect to a consumer revolving loan account accessed by a\n\nlender credit card or similar arrangement, the lender may contract\n\nfor and receive the following charges, in addition to those set\n\nforth in Section 3-202 of this title:\n\n(a) A delinquency charge with respect to any payment due\n\nin connection with a billing cycle under the account,\n\nto be payable if the payment is not made within ten\n\n(10) days after its due date. No more than one\n\ndelinquency charge may be imposed in each billing\n\ncycle and it may be collected at any time after it\n\naccrues either independently of any payment made on\n\nthe account or from a payment made if the lender\n\ndiscloses delinquency charges to the debtor as they\n\nare imposed and informs the debtor of the full amount\n\nthat the debtor must pay for the applicable period in\n\norder to remain current on the account;\n\n(b) An over-limit charge for each time the debtor exceeds\n\nthe designated credit limit on the account; and\n\n(c) A returned item charge for each return by a bank or\n\nother depository institution of a dishonored check,\n\nnegotiable order of withdrawal or share draft issued\n\nby the debtor in connection with the account.","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8b81b4d7a2e9fb34429efce8d1a96db890f0c648b58c3ff831071ff412932abb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-3-203.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-3-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
