Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-402","heading":"Balloon payments","body":"With respect to a consumer loan, other than one pursuant to a\n\nrevolving loan account, if any scheduled payment is more than twice\n\nas large as the average of earlier scheduled payments, the debtor\n\nhas the right to refinance the amount of that payment at the time it\n\nis due without penalty.
