Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-403","heading":"No assignment of earnings","body":"(1) A lender may not take an assignment of earnings of the\n\ndebtor for payment or as security for payment of a debt arising out\n\nof a consumer loan. An assignment of earnings in violation of this\n\nsection is unenforceable by the assignee of the earnings and\n\nrevocable by the debtor.
