Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-502","heading":"Authority to make supervised loans - Administrative","body":"actions against unlicensed persons.\n\n(1) Unless a person is a supervised financial organization or\n\nhas first obtained a license from the Administrator authorizing the\n\nperson to make supervised loans, a person shall not engage in the\n\nbusiness of:\n\n(a) making supervised loans; or\n\n(b) taking assignments and undertaking direct collection\n\nof payments from or enforcement of rights against\n\ndebtors arising from supervised loans.\n\n(2) In addition to civil and criminal penalties, the\n\nAdministrator may initiate administrative action against an\n\nunlicensed person as if the person held a license if the person is\n\nfound to be engaging in the business of making supervised loans.","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2ff616e4d9ccca08c6811170d4b45f684632aaac4d6143582030d34c59119813","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-3-501","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-3-503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
