Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-802","heading":"Nonapplicability of act","body":"NONAPPLICABILITY OF ACT.\n\nExcept as specifically provided by this act, this act does not\n\napply to the following persons who enter into a consumer litigation\n\nfunding agreement with a consumer:\n\n1. An immediate family member of the consumer;\n\n2. An accountant who provides accounting services to the\n\nconsumer; or\n\n3.
