A consumer litigation funding agreement shall:\n\n1. Be in writing;\n\n2. Contain the initials of the consumer on each page; and\n\n3. Be otherwise complete when presented to the consumer for\n\nsignature.\n\nB. A consumer litigation funding agreement may be entered into\n\nonly if the agreement relates to:\n\n1. An existing legal claim that has been made by or on behalf\n\nof the consumer against another person, including the other person's\n\ninsurer or the consumer's own insurer; or\n\n2.
