The Administrator may require an applicant or license holder\n\nto file a bond with the application in an amount not to exceed Fifty\n\nThousand Dollars ($50,000.00).\n\nB. The bond terms shall run concurrent with the licensing\n\nperiod. The bond shall provide that the license holder will, during\n\nthe licensing period:\n\n1. Faithfully conform to and abide by:\n\na. the requirements of this act, and\n\nb. the rules adopted by the Administrator to administer\n\nthis act; and\n\n2. Provide any amount that may become due or owing to the state\n\nfrom the license holder under this act.\n\nC.
