Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-3-817","heading":"Application of act","body":"The changes in law made by this act apply only to a consumer\n\nlitigation funding agreement entered into on or after the effective\n\ndate of this act. A consumer litigation funding agreement entered\n\ninto before the effective date of this act is governed by the law in\n\neffect on the date the agreement was entered into, and the former\n\nlaw is continued in effect for that purpose.
