Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-4-104","heading":"Creditor's provision of and charge for insurance -","body":"Excess amount of charge.\n\n(1) Except as otherwise provided in this article and subject to\n\nthe provisions on additional charges (Section 2-202 and Section 3-\n\n202) and maximum charges (Part 2 of Article 2 and Article 3), a\n\ncreditor may agree to provide insurance, and may contract for and\n\nreceive a charge for insurance separate from and in addition to\n\nother charges. A creditor need not make a separate charge for\n\ninsurance provided or required by him.
