Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-4-111","heading":"Cooperation between Administrator and Insurance","body":"Department.\n\nThe Administrator and the Insurance Department are authorized\n\nand directed to consult and assist one another in maintaining\n\ncompliance with this article. They may jointly pursue\n\ninvestigations, prosecute suits, and take other official action, as\n\nmay seem to them appropriate, if either of them is otherwise\n\nempowered to take the action.
