Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-4-203","heading":"Filing and approval of rates and forms","body":"(1) A creditor may not use a form, or a schedule of premium\n\nrates or charges for consumer credit insurance, the filing of which\n\nis required by this section, if the Insurance Department has\n\ndisapproved the form or schedule and has notified the insurer of its\n\ndisapproval. A creditor may not use a form or schedule unless\n\n(a) the form or schedule has been on file with the\n\nInsurance Department for thirty (30) days, or has\n\nearlier been approved by it; and\n\n(b) the insurer has complied with this section with\n\nrespect to the insurance.\n\n(2) Except as provided in subsection (3), all policies,\n\ncertificates of insurance, notices of proposed insurance,\n\napplications for insurance, endorsements and riders relating to\n\nconsumer credit insurance delivered or issued for delivery in this\n\nState, and the schedules of premium rates or charges pertaining\n\nthereto, shall be filed by the insurer with the Insurance\n\nDepartment. It shall, within thirty (30) days after the filing of\n\nany form or schedule, disapprove it if the premium rates or charges\n\nare unreasonable in relation to the benefits provided under the\n\nform, or if the form contains provisions which are unjust, unfair,\n\ninequitable, or deceptive or encourage misrepresentation of the\n\ncoverage or are contrary to any provision of the Oklahoma Insurance\n\nCode or of any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder.\n\n(3) If a group policy has been delivered in another state, the\n\nforms to be filed by the insurer with the Insurance Department are\n\nthe group certificates and notices of proposed insurance.
