Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-5-302","heading":"Disclosure violations","body":"A person is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be\n\nsentenced to pay a fine not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or to imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year, or both,\n\nif he willfully and knowingly\n\n(1) gives false or inaccurate information or fails to provide\n\ninformation which he is required to disclose under the provisions of\n\nthis act on disclosure and advertising (Part 3) of the article on\n\ncredit sales (Article 2) or of the article on loans (Article 3), or\n\nof any related rule of the Administrator adopted pursuant to this\n\nact;\n\n(2) uses any rate table or chart, the use of which is\n\nauthorized by rule of the Administrator adopted pursuant to the\n\nprovisions on calculation of rate to be disclosed (Section 2-304 and\n\nSection 3-304), in a manner which consistently understates the\n\nannual percentage rate determined according to those provisions; or\n\n(3) otherwise fails to comply with any requirement of the\n\nprovisions of this act on disclosure and advertising (Part 3) of the\n\narticle on credit sales (Article 2) or of the article on loans\n\n(Article 3), or of any related rule of the Administrator adopted\n\npursuant to this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"023a16f8622f0b6743ba503379ea0461baf7eec2583f9dff257315855ff0e957","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-5-301","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
