Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-102","heading":"Applicability","body":"(1) This part applies to persons who in this state make or\n\nsolicit consumer credit sales, consumer leases, and consumer loans;\n\nor who directly collect payments from or enforce rights against\n\ndebtors arising from the sales, leases, or loans previously\n\nspecified wherever they are made.\n\n(2) In relation to the powers of the Administrator to\n\nadminister the provisions on disclosure (Parts 3 of Articles 2 and\n\n3) and the right of rescission (Section 5-204), a consumer credit\n\nsale and a consumer loan shall include the transactions covered in\n\nSections 2-301 and 3-301 and those excluded by Section 1-202(5).","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ce2381ca7e7c8a26f63799d695541dbfc45d13fc3fa7d9c656d3d2e768996235","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-101","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
