Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-109","heading":"Assurance of discontinuance","body":"If it is claimed that a person has engaged in conduct subject to\n\nan order by the Administrator (Section 6-108) or by a court\n\n(Sections 6-110 through 6-112), the Administrator may accept an\n\nassurance in writing that the person will not engage in the conduct\n\nin the future.
