Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-112","heading":"Temporary relief","body":"With respect to an action brought to enjoin violations of the\n\nact (Section 6-110) or unconscionable agreements or fraudulent or\n\nunconscionable conduct (Section 6-111), the Administrator may apply\n\nto the court for appropriate temporary relief against a respondent,\n\npending final determination of proceedings.
