Upon the conclusion of any examination conducted by the\n\nDepartment of Consumer Credit pursuant to this or any other act\n\nadministered by the Administrator of Consumer Credit, the\n\nAdministrator may make and file in the Office of the Administrator a\n\nreport in detail disclosing the results of such examination or may,\n\non conditions prescribed by the Administrator, prepare a summary\n\nmemorandum regarding the results of such examination, and shall,\n\nupon request by the examined party, mail a copy of such report or\n\nmemorandum to the examined party.\n\nB. All examinations and reports received by the Administrator\n\nshall be preserved in the Office of the Administrator for a period\n\nof not less than five (5) years. Such examinations and reports and\n\nall other records of licensed entities are to be kept confidential,\n\nexcept as otherwise permitted by law. Copies of such examinations\n\nand reports in the possession of an institution under the\n\nDepartment's supervision are the property of the Department and are\n\nnot subject to disclosure to third parties, including disclosure or\n\nproduction pursuant to subpoena or other request. However, an\n\ninstitution in possession of a copy of such examinations and reports\n\nmay disclose the examinations and reports to its accountants,\n\nadvisors, consultants and legal counsel. An institution in\n\npossession of a copy of examinations and reports may also disclose\n\nsuch examinations and reports to other persons or entities with the\n\nprior written approval of the Administrator or Deputy Administrator.\n\nAll requests for review of such examinations and reports, other than\n\nan institution's accountants, advisors, consultants, legal counsel\n\nor a third party that has obtained the written approval of the\n\nAdministrator or Deputy Administrator, shall be directed to the\n\nDepartment and are subject to the requirements of Section 3 of this\n\nact.","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3ffe7b5401a9684f10ef781a9991fd0b41334d8ea4b94f78294d8fbd6e4bbf0e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-115","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-117"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
