Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-202","heading":"Notification","body":"(1) Persons subject to this part shall file notification with\n\nthe Administrator within thirty (30) days after commencing business\n\nin this state, and thereafter, on or before January 31 of each year.\n\nThe notification shall state\n\n(a) name of the person;\n\n(b) name in which business is transacted if different from\n\n(1);\n\n(c) address of principal office, which may be outside this\n\nstate;\n\n(d) address of all offices or retail stores, if any, in\n\nthis state at which consumer credit sales, consumer\n\nleases, or consumer loans are made, or in the case of\n\na person taking assignments of obligations, the\n\noffices or places of business within this state at\n\nwhich business is transacted;\n\n(e) if consumer credit sales, consumer leases, or consumer\n\nloans are made otherwise than at an office or retail\n\nstore in this state, a brief description of the manner\n\nin which they are made;\n\n(f) address of designated agent upon whom service of\n\nprocess may be made in this state (Section 1-203); and\n\n(g) whether regulated or supervised loans or both are\n\nmade.\n\n(2) If information in a notification becomes inaccurate after\n\nfiling, no further notification is required until the following\n\nJanuary 31.","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3a1a982736d596f202df6945e183ac123136edc768354752ccca83abe4c70cc1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-201","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
