Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-301","heading":"Consumer Credit Administrative Expenses Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Commission on Consumer Credit to be designated as the\n\n\"Consumer Credit Administrative Expenses Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall consist of all monies as directed to be deposited in such\n\nfund by law.
