Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-302","heading":"Commission on Consumer Credit - Prescription of fees","body":"(1) The Commission on Consumer Credit shall prescribe by\n\nadministrative rules all fees authorized by the Uniform Consumer\n\nCredit Code, the Credit Services Organization Act, the Oklahoma\n\nPawnshop Act, the Precious Metal and Gem Dealer Licensing Act, the\n\nOklahoma Rental-Purchase Act, the Oklahoma Health Spa Act, the\n\nOklahoma Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act and\n\nthe Deferred Deposit Lending Act. All fees prescribed by rule of\n\nthe Commission shall be in accordance with Article I of the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act and this subsection. Prior to July 1,\n\n2011, the Commission shall establish all authorized fees by\n\nemergency rule. Any fee established by emergency rule shall remain\n\neffective until the fee is prescribed by permanent rule of the\n\nCommission in accordance with Article I of the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act. Any fees prescribed by rule after July 1, 2011,\n\nshall be prescribed as permanent rules; provided, no fee prescribed\n\nafter July 1, 2011, shall become effective unless approved by the\n\nLegislature.\n\n(2) Examination and investigation fees shall not be increased\n\nmore than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) in a three-calendar-year\n\nperiod.\n\n(3) Annual license fees shall not be increased more than One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) in a three-calendar-year period.","path":["OK Code","Title 14A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os14A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"75bfbeb6be60d1117592dacf3401e936011bab5b09f84c7dc009180c2bd5c9f5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-301","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-14a-14a-6-303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
