Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-504","heading":"Chairman - Meetings - Quorum - Minutes - Reports -","body":"Records - Rules and regulations.\n\nThe Commission shall select a chair and is hereby authorized to\n\nadopt rules for conducting its proceedings. A majority of the\n\nvoting members shall constitute a quorum for transacting Commission\n\nbusiness. The Commission may meet monthly on such date as it may\n\ndesignate and may meet at such other times as it may deem necessary,\n\nor when called by the chair or by any two members. Complete minutes\n\nof each meeting shall be kept and filed in the Department of\n\nConsumer Credit and shall be available for public inspection during\n\nreasonable office hours. The Commission shall report annually to\n\nthe Governor and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and\n\nthe President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The report shall contain a\n\nsummary of the minutes of the meetings held during the year,\n\nlegislative recommendations, a summary of violations of the Uniform\n\nConsumer Credit Code and action taken thereon, and such other data\n\nand information as may be deemed necessary or appropriate. Each\n\nmember of the Commission shall have unrestricted access to all\n\noffices and records of the Department.
