Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-506","heading":"Qualifications and remuneration of administrator","body":"The Administrator of the Commission on Consumer Credit shall be\n\na person of good moral character, at least twenty-five (25) years of\n\nage, and a resident taxpayer of Oklahoma, and shall have a minimum\n\nof five (5) years' experience with consumer credit and consumer\n\ntransactions. The Commission may also require additional\n\nqualifications. The Administrator, while serving as such, shall not\n\ndirectly or indirectly be financially interested in or associated\n\nwith any other person subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission\n\nor the Administrator.
