Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-508","heading":"Bond","body":"Before assuming office, the Administrator shall give a bond in\n\nthe sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) payable to the State\n\nof Oklahoma, to be approved by the Attorney General of the State of\n\nOklahoma, conditioned that he will faithfully execute the duties of\n\nhis office. The Administrator may by rule or order require any\n\nemployee of the Department to be bonded on the same condition and in\n\nthe same or such lesser amount as he determines.
