Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-6-510","heading":"Employees - Duties - Compensation","body":"The Administrator shall prepare in writing a manual of necessary\n\nemployee positions for the Department, including job\n\nclassifications, personnel qualifications, duties, maximum and\n\nminimum salary schedules, and other personnel information for\n\napproval by the Commission. The Administrator may, with the\n\napproval of the Commission, select, appoint and employ such\n\naccountants, attorneys, auditors, examiners, clerks, stenographers\n\nand other personnel as he deems necessary for the proper\n\nadministration of this act, and may fix their compensation and the\n\nsalary of the Deputy Administrator.
