Stat. tit. 15, § 15-1007","heading":"Construction of power relating to tangible personal","body":"property transactions.\n\nCONSTRUCTION OF POWER RELATING TO\n\nTANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS\n\nIn a statutory power of attorney, the language granting power\n\nwith respect to tangible personal property transactions empowers the\n\nagent to:\n\n1. Accept as a gift or as security for a loan, reject, demand,\n\nbuy, receive, or otherwise acquire ownership or possession of\n\ntangible personal property or an interest in tangible personal\n\nproperty;\n\n2. Sell, exchange, convey with or without covenants, release,\n\nsurrender, mortgage, encumber, pledge, hypothecate, create a\n\nsecurity interest in, pawn, grant options concerning, lease,\n\nsublease to others, or otherwise dispose of tangible personal\n\nproperty or an interest in tangible personal property;\n\n3. Release, assign, satisfy, or enforce by litigation or\n\notherwise, a mortgage, security interest, encumbrance, lien, or\n\nother claim on behalf of the principal, with respect to tangible\n\npersonal property or an interest in tangible personal property; and\n\n4.
