Stat. tit. 15, § 15-141.23","heading":"Fraudulent applications - Violations of act - Criminal","body":"penalties.\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in the Service Warranty Act, any\n\nperson who knowingly makes a false or otherwise fraudulent\n\napplication for license or registration, or who knowingly violates\n\nany provision of the Service Warranty Act, in addition to being\n\nsubject to any applicable denial, suspension, revocation, or refusal\n\nto renew or continue any license or registration, shall be subject\n\nto criminal prosecution and if convicted shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor.
