Stat. tit. 15, § 15-19","heading":"Disaffirmance of minor's contract","body":"In all cases other than those specified herein, the contract of\n\na minor may be disaffirmed by the minor himself, either before his\n\nmajority or within one (1) year's time afterwards; or, in case of\n\nhis death within that period, by his heirs or personal\n\nrepresentatives.
