Stat. tit. 15, § 15-222","heading":"Rental of goods or rental-related services - Automatic","body":"renewal provisions.\n\nNo contract for the rental of goods or rental-related services\n\nwhere all or substantially all of the contract terms are drafted by\n\nthe provider of such goods or services shall contain any automatic\n\nrenewal provision that extends the initial term of the contract for\n\nany period longer than six (6) months, unless the contract provides\n\nthe nondrafting party with the ability to terminate at any time\n\nduring the renewal period without penalty by providing notice of not\n\nmore than sixty (60) days.
