Stat. tit. 15, § 15-244A","heading":"Legislative findings","body":"The Legislature finds and declares that the retail distribution,\n\nsales and rental of agricultural, construction, utility, industrial,\n\nmining, outdoor power, forestry and lawn and garden equipment\n\nutilizing independent dealers operating under contract with the\n\nsupplier, vitally affects the general economy of this state, the\n\npublic interest and the public welfare.
