This section shall only apply to single-line dealer\n\nagreements.\n\nB. If a dealer dies, a supplier shall have ninety (90) days in\n\nwhich to consider and make a determination on a request by a family\n\nmember to enter into a new dealer agreement to operate the\n\ndealership. If the supplier determines that the requesting family\n\nmember is not acceptable, the supplier shall provide the family\n\nmember with a written notice of its determination with the stated\n\nreasons for nonacceptance. This section does not entitle an heir,\n\npersonal representative or family member to operate a dealership\n\nwithout the specific written consent of the supplier.\n\nC.
