Stat. tit. 15, § 15-248","heading":"Remedies","body":"If any supplier violates any provision of this act, a dealer may\n\nbring an action against such supplier in a court of competent\n\njurisdiction for damages sustained by the dealer as a consequence of\n\nthe supplier’s violation, including, but not limited to, damages for\n\nlost profits, together with the actual costs of the action,\n\nincluding the dealer’s attorney and paralegal fees and costs of\n\narbitrators, and the dealer also may be granted injunctive relief\n\nagainst unlawful termination.
