Stat. tit. 15, § 15-32","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n(1) \"person\" means individual, corporation, government or\n\ngovernmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust,\n\npartnership or association, or any other legal entity;\n\n(2) \"educational institution\" means any university, college,\n\ncommunity college, junior college, high school, technical,\n\nvocational or professional school, wherever located, approved or\n\naccredited by that officer, department, board, agency or other\n\nofficial entity of this state, authorized under law to approve or to\n\naccredit for educational purposes that particular type of\n\nuniversity, college, school or institution of learning, or, in the\n\nabsence, as to the particular type of institution, of any such\n\nofficer, department, board, agency or other official entity, by the\n\nState Board of Education, for the purposes of this act, or by the\n\nappropriate official, department or agency of the state in which the\n\ninstitution is located; and\n\n(3) \"educational loan\" means a loan or assistance for the\n\npurpose of directly furthering the obligor's education at an\n\neducational institution.","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b0b11413882a31019646b8229c1f528628cdf304af7852b9a140c53b3dbdc83b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-31","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-321"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
