Stat. tit. 15, § 15-507","heading":"Damages","body":"In an action involving damage to a lodging establishment room or\n\nits furnishings, the court may order the person who rented the\n\nlodging establishment room, the person who caused the damage to the\n\nlodging establishment room or the parent of the minor or other\n\nresponsible party to do the following:\n\n1. Pay restitution for any damages suffered by the owner or\n\noperator of the lodging establishment, which damages may include any\n\nloss of revenue suffered by the lodging establishment resulting from\n\nthe inability of the innkeeper to rent or lease the room during the\n\nperiod of time the lodging establishment is being repaired; and\n\n2. Pay damages or restitution to any other person who is\n\ninjured or whose property is damaged.
