Stat. tit. 15, § 15-567","heading":"Punishment for violations - Second offenses - Forfeiture","body":"of corporate charters.\n\nAny person, either as agent or principal, who enters into or\n\nassists in making any contracts of sale of the sort of character\n\ndenounced by Section 564 of this title for the future delivery of\n\ncotton, grain, stocks or other commodities, or who maintains or\n\noperates a bucket shop as that term is defined in Section 565 of\n\nthis title, shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense, and upon\n\nconviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not to exceed One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or be imprisoned as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, and any person who shall be guilty of a second offense\n\nunder this statute in addition to the penalty above prescribed may,\n\nupon conviction, be both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of\n\nthe court, and if a corporation, it shall be liable to forfeiture of\n\nall its rights and privileges as such, and the continuance of such\n\nestablishment after the first conviction shall be deemed a second\n\noffense.
