Stat. tit. 15, § 15-569","heading":"Market quotations and news, right to receive and post -","body":"Delivery, etc., contemplated.\n\nOnly members of cotton exchanges, grain exchanges, boards of\n\ntrade or similar institutions organized under the laws of Oklahoma\n\nor any other State may provide for their use and the use of their\n\nclients, private or public wires from cities in Oklahoma in which\n\nsuch cotton exchanges, grain exchanges, boards of trade, or similar\n\ninstitutions are located to other cities without the State of\n\nOklahoma, where cotton exchanges, grain exchanges, boards of trade,\n\nor similar institutions are operated, and may receive over such\n\nprivate or public wires and post for their own use and that of their\n\nclients and of any person engaged in the production of cotton, grain\n\nor other commodities, market quotations and market news, covering\n\ncotton, grain, stocks and other commodities, and transmit for\n\nexecution contracts of sale for future delivery. In all cases it is\n\ncontemplated that the delivery of the commodity, purchased or sold,\n\nas the case may be, will be carried out by the person or his\n\nsuccessor or assignee.
