Any retailer who shall, in contravention of the policy of\n\nthe Unfair Sales Act, advertise, offer to sell or sell at retail any\n\nitem of merchandise at less than cost to the retailer as defined in\n\nthis act, or any wholesaler who shall, in contravention of the\n\npolicy of the Unfair Sales Act, advertise, offer to sell, or sell at\n\nwholesale any item of merchandise at less than cost to the\n\nwholesaler as defined in the Unfair Sales Act, shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not\n\nmore than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nB. Any retailer who shall, in contravention of the policy of\n\nthe Unfair Sales Act, advertise, offer to sell or sell at retail\n\nmotor fuel as defined in paragraph 44 of Section 500.3 of Title 68\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes at less than cost to the retailer as\n\ndefined in this act, or any wholesaler, who shall in contravention\n\nof the policy of the Unfair Sales Act, advertise, offer to sell, or\n\nsell at wholesale motor fuel as defined in paragraph 44 of Section\n\n500.3 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes at less than cost to the\n\nwholesaler as defined in the Unfair Sales Act, shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not\n\nmore than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f77a55b9d1a98d421364e05f4f9ab36bf61f6c307512e01dbd3a46558a964687","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-598.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-598.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
