Stat. tit. 15, § 15-598.7","heading":"Meeting competitor's prices","body":"Any retailer or wholesaler may advertise, offer to sell, or sell\n\nmerchandise at a price made in good faith to meet the price of a\n\ncompetitor who is selling the same article or products of comparable\n\nquality at cost to such wholesaler or retailer.
