Stat. tit. 15, § 15-652","heading":"Definitions","body":"The following words, terms and phrases shall, except where the\n\ncontext clearly indicates a different meaning have, when used in\n\nthis act, the following meanings:\n\n(a) \"Person\" - Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation,\n\nor other organization;\n\n(b) \"Employer\" - Any person for whom, under whose direction, or\n\nin whose interest others perform labor or service;\n\n(c) \"Sale or sell\" - Any sale, contract of sale, offer of sale,\n\nor advertisement thereof;\n\n(d) \"Wholesale sale\" - A wholesale sale is a sale for the\n\npurpose of resale in the ordinary course of business;\n\n(e) \"Retail sale\" - Any sale other than a wholesale sale as\n\nherein defined;\n\n(f) \"Wholesaler\" - A person, a substantial portion of whose\n\nsales are made to retailers for the purpose of resale to consumers;\n\n(g) \"Wholesale price\" - The price normally paid by a retailer to\n\na wholesaler for the purpose of resale to consumers at a profit.","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cf769b7a454a0eb3ac41b42b3d304fd7ee6b666607496bfc50d9f97e238609e5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-651","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-653"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
