Stat. tit. 15, § 15-656","heading":"Injunction - Costs - Damages","body":"(a) Any person injured by any violation, or who shall suffer\n\ninjury from any threatened violation of this act, may maintain an\n\naction in any court of equitable jurisdiction to prevent, restrain,\n\nor enjoin such violation or threatened violation. If in such action\n\na violation or threatened violation of this act shall be\n\nestablished, the court shall enjoin and restrain, or otherwise\n\nprohibit, such violation or threatened violation, and, in addition\n\nthereto the court shall assess in favor of the plaintiff and against\n\nthe defendant the costs of suit. In such action, if actual damages\n\nto the plaintiff are alleged and proved, the plaintiff in said\n\naction, in addition to such injunctive relief and costs of suit\n\nshall be entitled to recover from the defendant the actual damages\n\nsustained by him.\n\n(b) In the event that no injunctive relief is sought or\n\nrequired, any person injured by a violation of this act may maintain\n\nan action for damages and costs of suit in any court of general\n\njurisdiction.","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7eb639157d78ace1c0008e3665c4fea2e9ccf33f54b8dfc7048c37828313b048","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-655","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-657"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
