Stat. tit. 15, § 15-677","heading":"Commission - Time when due","body":"For purposes of the Sales Representatives Recognition Act, the\n\ntime at which a commission is due to a sales representative shall be\n\ndetermined in the following manner:\n\n1. If the contract between the principal and the sales\n\nrepresentative is in writing and its terms unambiguously and clearly\n\nspecify when the commission is due, the terms of the contract shall\n\ncontrol the determination;\n\n2. If the contract between the principal and the sales\n\nrepresentative is not in writing, or if the contract between them is\n\nin writing but its terms do not specify when the commission is due\n\nor its terms are ambiguous or unclear, the past practice used by the\n\nprincipal and the sales representative shall control the\n\ndetermination; or\n\n3.
