For purposes of the Sales Representatives Recognition Act, a\n\nperson who enters into an agreement, as a principal, with a sales\n\nrepresentative for the solicitation of orders in this state is\n\ntransacting business in this state and therefore authorizes the\n\nexercise of personal jurisdiction over said principal by the court.\n\nB. Any provision in any contract between a sales representative\n\nand principal purporting to waive any of the provisions of the Sales\n\nRepresentatives Recognition Act is void.\n\nC. Nothing in the Sales Representatives Recognition Act\n\ninvalidates or restricts any other or additional right or remedy\n\navailable to a sales representative, or precludes a sales\n\nrepresentative from seeking to recover in one action on all claims\n\nagainst a principal.\n\nD.
