Every contract for invention development services shall be\n\nin writing and shall be subject to the provisions of the Invention\n\nDevelopment Services Act. A copy of each fully executed, written\n\ncontract shall be given to the customer at the time the customer\n\nsigns the contract.\n\nB. If one or more contracts are contemplated by the invention\n\ndeveloper in connection with an invention or if the invention\n\ndeveloper contemplates performance of services in connection with an\n\ninvention in more than one phase with the performance of each phase\n\ncovered in one or more contracts, the invention developer shall so\n\nstate in a written statement and shall supply to the customer the\n\nwritten statement together with a copy of each contract or a written\n\nsummary of the general terms of each contract, including the total\n\ncost or consideration required from the customer, before the\n\ncustomer signs the first contract.","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7b9ed943ad3ac535774dc2849c5e9a9a1fe4e0785ed8dec3a50382f5da70f3de","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-681","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-683"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
