Stat. tit. 15, § 15-691","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 1 through 4 of this act:\n\n1. \"Customer\" means any individual or entity who causes or\n\ncaused a molder to fabricate, cast, or otherwise make a die, mold,\n\nform, or pattern or who provides a molder with a die, mold, form, or\n\npattern to manufacture, assemble, cast, fabricate, or otherwise make\n\na product or products for a customer;\n\n2. \"Molder\" means any individual or entity who fabricates,\n\ncasts, or otherwise makes or uses a die, mold, form, or pattern for\n\nthe purpose of manufacturing, assembling, casting, fabricating, or\n\notherwise making a product or products for a customer.
