Before a molder may sell the die, mold, form, or pattern,\n\nthe molder shall notify the customer by registered mail, return\n\nreceipt requested. The notice shall include the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. The molder's intention to sell the die, mold, form, or\n\npattern thirty (30) days after the customer's receipt of the notice;\n\n2. A description of the die, mold, form, or pattern to be sold;\n\n3. The time and place of the sale; and\n\n4. An itemized statement for the amount due.\n\nB. If there is not a return of the receipt of the mailing or if\n\nthe postal service returns the notice as being nondeliverable, the\n\nmolder shall publish notice of the molder's intention to sell the\n\ndie, mold, form, or pattern in a newspaper of general circulation in\n\nthe county of the customer's last-known place of business. The\n\nnotice shall include a description of the die, mold, form, or\n\npattern.\n\nC. If the sale is for a sum greater than the amount of the\n\nlien, the excess shall be paid to any prior lienholder known to the\n\nmolder at the time of the sale and any remainder to the customer, if\n\nthe customer's address is known, or to the State Treasurer for\n\ndeposit in the General Revenue Fund if the customer's address is\n\nunknown to the molder at the time of the sale.\n\nD.
