Stat. tit. 15, § 15-758","heading":"Subpoenas, hearings, rules and regulations","body":"To accomplish the objectives and to carry out the duties\n\nprescribed by the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act, the Attorney\n\nGeneral or district attorney, in addition to other powers conferred\n\non them by the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act, or the laws of this\n\nstate, may issue subpoenas or other process to any person and\n\nconduct hearings in aid of any investigation or inquiry, administer\n\noaths and take sworn statements under penalty of perjury, serve and\n\nexecute in any county, search warrants, provided that none of the\n\npowers conferred by the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act shall be\n\nused for the purpose of compelling any natural person to furnish\n\ntestimony or evidence which might tend to incriminate him or subject\n\nhim to a penalty or forfeiture; and provided further that\n\ninformation obtained pursuant to the powers conferred by the\n\nOklahoma Consumer Protection Act shall not be made public or\n\ndisclosed by the Attorney General, district attorney or their\n\nemployees.","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"193b89add6a7e32c68e6fa843fa58347daa3b595359114182e8e6f345e363cc9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-757","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-759"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
