Stat. tit. 15, § 15-770","heading":"Revocation of license","body":"The district attorney of the district where the application was\n\nfiled shall revoke any license issued pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis act, if he finds that the licensee has:\n\n1. Violated the provisions of this act relating to closing out\n\nsales;\n\n2. Made any material misstatement in his application;\n\n3. Failed to include in the inventory required hereunder all\n\nthe goods, wares and merchandise being offered for sale;\n\n4. Offered or permitted to be offered at the sale any goods,\n\nwares or merchandise not included in the inventory attached to the\n\napplication;\n\n5. Failed to keep suitable records of the sale; or\n\n6.
