Stat. tit. 15, § 15-771","heading":"Appeals","body":"Any applicant for a license who is aggrieved by the denial,\n\nrefusal or revocation of a licensee may appeal to the district court\n\nof the county in which the denial, revocation or suspension\n\noccurred. The appeal shall be taken by filing a written notice of\n\nappeal with the district attorney within ten (10) days after the\n\norder is made. The applicant shall, within ten (10) days of that\n\nnotice, file a petition in the district court asking for the\n\nvacation or modification of the order denying the license. All such\n\nappeals filed in the district court shall be set for hearing by the\n\ncourt within thirty (30) days from the date the petition is filed.\n\nIf the applicant desires to have the order stayed during the\n\nappeal, he may file with the petition a supersedeas bond in an\n\namount to be fixed by the court. The bond shall be conditioned that\n\nthe applicant will prosecute the appeal without delay and during the\n\npendency thereof, shall comply with the laws relating to \"closing\n\nout sales\".
